My Teaching Philosophy

As an educator, I aim to give my future students voice and choice over the work that they are producing, so that they can get the most out of their education. Writing and art of all kinds will be celebrated and encouraged to help give students an emotional outlet as being a child in this world can be hard, and I feel as thought children to not get enough recognition for all they are doing. My classroom will be a safe and calming space for learning and growing as a collective, every hear that walks through my door will know that they are safe.
